We value the kids in our Network and are committed to safeguarding children's personal information collected online. In 2000, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) went into effect. With COPPA, Congress set out to make sure that kids' privacy is protected while they're online and put parents in charge of their children's personal information.

COPPA applies to the online collection of personal information from children under 13. It specifies what a website operator must include in a privacy policy, parent and guardian consent requirements, and what responsibilities a website operator has to protect children's privacy and safety online including restrictions on the marketing to those under 13. At GoFish, we take compliance with COPPA very seriously. We work diligently with Publishers in our Network to educate them on COPPA and what is necessary to comply.
