Cookie Jar's Online Adventure Game Magi-Nation Joins GoFish Network

Youth-focused entertainment network to provide age-appropriate ads and new revenue streams for Magi-Nation: Battle for the Moonlands

LOS ANGELES – March 18, 2008 – Cookie Jar Entertainment, one of the world’s leading children’s entertainment companies, today announced that it has selected GoFish Corporation (OTCBB: GOFH) as the exclusive in-game advertising partner for their highly anticipated online, role-playing game Magi-Nation: Battle for the Moonlands.

GoFish, a leading youth entertainment and media network, will provide content-appropriate advertising support for the free-to-play adventure game.  The advertising in Magi-Nation: Battle for the Moonlands will be seamlessly incorporated into the players’ gaming experience, and will be suitable for the 8-14 year old target audience.

“After a thorough search for an in-game advertising partner, we chose GoFish because it has proven experience and success in catering to the children’s market,” said Kenneth Locker, senior vice president of digital media, Cookie Jar Entertainment.  “The GoFish Network will help enable us to continue providing the best user experience for our players while generating additional revenue streams from Magi-Nation: Battle for the Moonlands.”

“The Magi-Nation brand is dynamic with a very loyal following, and we are excited to welcome the online game into the GoFish Network and ensure Magi-Nation receives advertising suitable for young players,” said David Fisch, Vice President of Publisher Development, GoFish.  “Cookie Jar is one of the most respected children’s entertainment companies in the world and has a reputation for providing safe and secure content for its fans.  The quality of the brand and Cookie Jar’s high standards make them an ideal fit for our Network.  The company’s willingness to provide unique, immersive experiences for marketers creates exciting opportunities.”

Cookie Jar’s Magi-Nation online role-playing adventure is based on the popular children’s animated television series of the same name, which airs on Kids’ WB! on the CW in the US and CBC in Canada.  The series follows the adventures of 15-year-old Tony Jones, an average teen from Earth who finds himself mysteriously transported to the magical world of Magi-Nation.  Tony and his two young Magi heroes-in-training follow an incredible journey of riddles, battle and self-learning on their journey to defeat the evil Shadow Magi who are out to rule their world.

Magi-Nation: Battle for the Moonlands marks a major step in Cookie Jar’s entertainment strategy to extend the Magi-Nation property to its fan-base on a multi-pronged approach via television, consumer products and online worlds.  The game is currently in open beta testing with a commercial launch set for early 2008.   Interested open beta participants can sign up by visiting www.magi-nation.com.
