The Ad Operations Coordinator will play an integral role in the GoFish Corp Ad Operations department.  The Ad Operations Coordinator will work directly with the Sales, Finance, and Product teams as well as advertisers and agencies in order to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize online advertising campaigns.  The Ad Operations Coordinator will report to the Director, Business Operations & Products.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, smart, responsible, motivated and out-going self-starter with superb attention to detail and organizational skills.  The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers and is comfortable using Excel.  Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. Pivot Tables, etc.) is a plus.  This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in an exciting start-up environment in the online media space. Responsibilities:

           Book, track, optimize and report on media campaigns using Dart for Publishers (DFP).
           Set-up, test and launch banner ad creatives in order to meet campaign start dates.
           Troubleshoot ad creative issues that affect tracking, implementation, or reporting.
           Troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with tech and advertisers to find solution.
           Manage inventory, supporting Sales team with information on avails.
           Manage calendar of exclusive placements for the Network.
           Work collaboratively with the Sales team to recommend campaign modifications, leveraging understanding of advertiser and product performance.
           Create daily and weekly reports to monitor campaign delivery.
           Assist Finance in monthly billing process by providing month-end or campaign-end reporting.
           Develop post-sale reports that wrap up results and assist in the development of case studies.
           Regularly monitor and reconcile campaign delivery across third party ad serving systems.

           Fluency working in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Powerpoint
           Strong affinity with Internet and media
           Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and rich media/Flash banner functionalities preferred
