Combination Aligns Top-Tier Advertisers and Sponsors with Made-for-Internet Programming
SAN FRANCISCO - April 3, 2007 - GoFish Corporation, the leading publicly traded online video company where millions of people come to watch, upload and share videos, today announced a strategic alliance with Mandalay Integrated Media Entertainment (MIME), part of Mandalay Entertainment Group, a leading producer of branded entertainment and integrated media. The strategic partnership will enable the two companies to enhance their offerings to advertisers and sponsors looking to capitalize on the recent explosion in Internet video.
As part of the agreement, GoFish will leverage MIME's extensive experience in the development, creation and production of advertising and sponsorship programs, increasing GoFish's exposure to advertisers and providing enhanced revenue generating opportunities.
