Here we go again, the Company that is lining up to give Google' s (NASDAQ: GOOG) YouTube a run for its money continues to line up compelling content. As lawsuits add in the billions for YouTube from the likes of Viacom (NYSE: VIA), a small video upload and social networking Company by the name of GoFish Corporation (OTCBB: GOFH), is in an interesting position and they are actually doing it the right way.

GoFish has signed additional licensing agreements, which will avoid infringement lawsuits, with independent movie production companies DV3 Productions, Evil Global Corp., and TBNT Productions. This will bring a variety of original content to GoFish's growing network and it may give them a slight edge on YouTube.

This is a company that has only been public for a short while, and I have spoken about it prior to the Company even producing their first quarterly report, but they are making all the right moves and it looks like they are learning from YouTube's mistakes.

So even though GoFish is on the OTC Bulletin Board, investors should keep it on their watch list as this is one company, in my opinion, that will not have a long shelf life on the exchange that they are on currently (OTCBB), look for a possible Nasdaq or Amex listing in 2007.
